The HB Steve Jackson's made their debut this past Saturday in Rancho Cucamonga. Things started poorly with RF Jeff Simons suffering a tournament ending injury in the 5th inning. The squad lost the first game by a 13-8 count.
The bats came alive in the 2nd game as the team scored 24 runs... They kept things going in the third game, plating 8 runs in the first... but the bats fizzed out, and the Jackson's finished 1-2.
